Shipping policy

Shipping charges are calculated using the best methods available. If a tracking number is specifically purchased, it will be provided upon order generation. For international shipments, purchased tracking numbers may cease to update upon arrival at your country's border. Tracking updates are made on a country-by-country basis. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipping carrier provides a refund to JohnnLong on your behalf, it will be transferred to you upon request.
